My experience started pleasantly, but once the application documents were signed, the online rep, AMBER, was very rude. She didn’t state who she was or why she was calling when she called my references, and she didn’t speak to each of them before denying my application. When I asked why she didn’t talk with them, she said they didn’t answer. My cousin can verify that she answered, and Amber hung up and did not call back. I don’t understand how you take someone through the steps of contacting their friends and family, and then you deny it without even speaking to all of the references. When I asked this, Amber’s tone was very harsh and rude with her response for me to wait until I received a letter in the mail to verify why I wasn’t accepted. It seems like everyone has better luck with the reps that work in the office. This was a very disappointing experience. Amber could do better, even when someone is denied.

Rosa was awesome!! I highly recommend her to take care of you!! You won't be disappointed! She is so helpful and friendly and that is very hard to find these days and I will keep my business where I feel the love, not because she has to but because she wants to! Thank you again Rosa for all of your hard working helping me!

Atlas is a great place to do business with, I especially like working with Brenda she is always so friendly and upbeat, everybody struggles at some time or another and needs a little help. The last thing one needs is a loan company looking down on you as if they are doing you a favor!! At Atlas they are friendly , transparent and easy going!!!

Rose and Jeanie are the best people and always helpful and so friendly. they are ready to help you out and I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you need help and in a bind, Jeanie and Rose will help you out and Atlas is a great company
