Joyce is absolutely amazing!! She explained the entire process from A to Z, answered what little questions I had because she provided such good service and knowledge, and she had an amazing personality. Joyce's customer service was phenomenal and if I could give her more that 5 stars I would. I am very pleased with the entire process and the thoroughness of the company's offerings.

This morning I got the pleasure to speak to Joyce! She was AMAZING! Full of spirit and patience. She took the time to look up my account bc online/operator said it couldn’t be located.
