From beginning to end, everything the agent said she was going to do, she did. My experience with other companies has consisted of promises made and not kept. This location is the worst one I’ve dealt with. My first loan with the Plano location was so smooth! I can’t tell you have many different times throughout the year I’ve applied & didn’t get fully processed. They have you schedule a call but never call. When you call them they take all your information then tell you they will call you back & never do. You shouldn’t have to keep calling just the get the status of an application!
