Toledo Finance, Mesquite, TX

I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed money from a loan I cashed. I had never even heard of Toledo Finance before. They stated they send live checks to thousands of homes and all an individual has to do to cash the check is add name, dob, address, first 5 digits of ssn and phone number to the back of the check and that person can then cash it. Well now someone has created identity theft using my information and causing a stress that is very preventable. This company's method of sending live checks and allowing people to cash them without valid photo identification should be illegal.

This is my third loan from them, they don't know they're customer's history they will keep calling your cell several times a day, call your job and you can give a date to pay, you ask them to not call your job and they still. All it saying there wasn't a note on file, I have paid my loans, if I was bad at paying they would not keep trying to get me to get another loan from them, I miss Mike he was a nice person there and I rarely got too many calls from him just a reminder. He would allow me time to get paid.

don't waste your time with this place. i applied at the mesquite location and got email that i was approved and then they tell me i was denied. i have a job and home and don't understand....

I was definitely down on my luck when Toledo Finance came through. It was quick and all done in one day. Recommend to anyone.
