Noel was incredible to work with. I was working with Better mortgage and things wasn’t going well. So, decided to switch lender. I called Noel about 10 days before I was scheduled to close. It was a tight deadline but Noel made it happen. We closed today 12/01/2022! I highly recommend Noel. He is knowledgeable, transparent, responsive and overall an easy going person.

It’s a bit late review. We purchased our home in Wylie in Jan. Our mortgage company stopped responding to us and we felt very nervous going with them as the closing was coming near. It was a very tight deadline and no one was ready to fit us in. Not only did he work with us regarding the closing but also made us feel comfortable going through the whole process. Our calls were always returned promptly and we were made aware of all the next steps every time. We cannot speak highly enough of him. He is definitely the best mortgage agent in DFW area. Where do I even begin with how much Noel Bachmann has helped me??? Noel was highly recommended to me as a loan officer because of awesome he is to work with, how easy he translates everything you need to know into something you can actually understand, and more. Not only did Noel help me with my loan, but he STILL helps me on anything related to my house with taxes and laws. And this is a few years AFTER he helped me with my loan. Not sure who else even does this. I still can't thank Noel enough for continuing to make things less stressful on me.
