Cash store is GREAT! First time customer and application process was reasonable! Ariana was AMAZING, very personable, HONEST, and provided physical documents explaining and answering ALL questions! If you are in need and can afford a loan cash store (on LOUIS HENNA) is the place to go! The other ladies in the store were AMAZING as well, the customer service was BEYOND my expectations.

Another successful visit to The Cash Store today!! Super relieved that The Cash Store is so quick and convenient for me to get a loan. This is actually my third or forth time using their services. Specifically, the Louis Henna location in Round Rock. They are always super consistent and friendly. Today Janie helped me out and I'm super grateful.

This company was bought out by another company who are leeches. They are rude, inconsiderate, and EXPENSIVE!!! Don't waste your time! Go to Sunloans or use Possible Finance app on your phone. Also, Advance America!!!

To the other lady there, I can’t remember her name but she was also very polite and helpful. Despite my login issues and trying to print out the check stub, Gennie diligently worked around every obstacle. 5/5 will surely refer other people.

The representative was very informative, as well as Tremaine made me feel at ease while there and keep conversations with me while he did his job. Tremaine isn't there anymore just hope he left for the betterment. Since then I've had different representatives who were very friendly as well and went through everything as well. I am satisfied with the results I've received since I came in the door. Tell them to continue doing what they are doing. GREAT KUDOS to everyone.
