I really miss Tina and Leslie. They were so friendly and knowledgeable, but I am not sure if they are still with the company or not. The two reps I worked with at the San Pedro location, Mia and Claudia, are terrible. They do not understand the process and relay false information to the customer. I recommend that you avoid the San Pedro location in San Antonio, TX!
