I had asked for Them to wait for me to come and pay not to charge the acct the completely ignored the instructions there excuse was well we called but left no Vm at all there response was you normally make your payments in the morning I told them yes and you were asked to wait due to me trying to switch accts and close a acct I was having issues with. Payments you have till end of business to day to make they state but they take it upon them selves to not listen and do what they please very sad customer service very unprofessional. I would never recommend any one to go here. They simply don’t care.

This company will use whatever debit card you have on file with out permission to get your payment even if you have said its a one time payment im making on this card they run whatever you gave them not even allowing you to pay them in person not even if your not late i will be hiring an attorney

2/2/2022 I do not recommend I went here I got a loan and they been taking 60$ out of my account every month which was fine until they got greedy and took 400$ Plus the 60$ when I only owed 300 but they made it upon themself to take out of my account so I woke up with less rent money that I thought I had I’ll update shortly to see what they say.

Went in to cash a check and was told I also needed the stub part of the check so I got it and went back and was told that because it had been over thirty days since the check was issued that they couldn't cash it even though the check didn't void until after 90 days! These people racially profile people and it's very obvious. Stay far away from this bush league unprofessional company.

Quick my ass. Manager is good but the worker dude is sucks. He keep telling me if i dont like it to go some where else, which i did and i hope you do too. Dont bring, send, recieve or do any kind of business with them here. You will regret.

Eric and Maria were have wonderful customer service really enjoyed chatting with them I don’t really have good credit but they were able to get me through with a great loan amount !
