They need to hire a new person who has better phone etiquette when speaking to people who call their store on Bandera Rd in San Antonio, TX. When asking questions in how to get a loan she wasn't helpful and quick to end the call. Especially when asked for their email she said it too fast. When I repeated it back to her and it was incorrect, she said No and repeated it again. She was rude. She needs to be considerate of others. Her name is CELESTE.

I appreciate that the girls are alway here for me when i need them. Yolanda gives the best customer service and goees above and beyond and celeste is always so pleasant to work with as well. Ive been a customer for years and will continue to be.
