Worst experience please do not use them. I had multiple preapproval letter saying it’s fast and easy. I applied and it took three days of me consistently calling and checking the status of application. Once I finally got someone on the phone they did not help at all. If I was really in need of a loan I would definitely not go to them. If you have months to wait and check your status then this is your place because that’s how long you will wait.

Went to One Main Financial and was approved for a renewal of my loan. It was easy. My Information was gathered and confirmed by the loan office. We signed the paperwork and the money was direct deposit the next morning. Everyone was friendly and patient. Very knowledgeable on their job. Keep up the good work!!

The Loan Officer, Cindy, was very patient with me as my proof of income statements were online and the first printouts didn’t have my name on them. She tried different ways of printing with my name, but they didn’t work. So after calling my Credit Union and getting their help, I was able to get printouts with the necessary information.
