If I could give this place zero stars I would. Jose Gonzales was our advisor, was very friendly in the beginning, but did not give us all of the information that was very very important when applying for the loan. Once we were finished giving information, we were sent to another little office area to wait for the response for the loan. Once we were finally informed of our denial for the loan, we were told that we needed a vehicle for collateral, even though we were there to get a car loan that would fully pay off a vehicle. It was unfair because we were told this after they already ran a hard inquiry credit check which drop our credit score DRASTICALLY! When we asked what was the reason for the denial, we were given a piece of paper that was suppose to tell us there reason according to Jose Gonzales. When we went over the paper and reviewed it, there was no reason listed. Then some other advisor that couldn't seem to get off his high horse, came in with a rude and very offense attitude then told us its due to new member policy. Which we were AGIAN misinformed by Jose Gonzales from the beginning. This place is a trap to bring down your credit score and WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND!!

Received a predatory loan letter in the mail. Despisitable check with guarunteed amount of $3500, at 31% interest. I would have paid $5100 by time it was done. They also collect massive amounts of your personal information - including but not limited to your social security number - and say in a second letter that they will sell this information to other companies who will likely send similarly predatory offers. You cannot opt out of this. Do not waste your money, time, or mental health dealing with companies like this

This company enables identity theft. They gave out a check in my husband's name.
