Miss Brenda and everybody there is awesome the one on goliad they're always respectful they always nice and kind especially Miss Brenda and I wish that the other lady that was there before Ms Brenda never left because they were awesome too they were never disrespectful or anything towards me are my family

I’ve had a loan with them for some time and everyone there is really nice. Always willing to work with me when my payments due date doesn’t fall on a Friday.

3rd month with them previous payments on time in cash the office took it upon themselves to make payment with a card I used as onetime payment the following month NO PHONE CALLS NO NOTHING JUST DID WHATEVER THEY WANTED BRENDA HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES WHENI CALLED HER ABOUT THE UNATHORIZED TRANSACTION SHE LIED TO ME SAYING THEY CALLED ME BUT NEVER DID I was excited about getting this loan and like I said I was on time with my payments but BECAREFUL WHEN YOU USE A CARD WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL DO WHATEVER THEY WANT THE FOLLOWING MONTH UNBELIEVABLE NOW THEY JUST HANG UP IN ME VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
