Miss. Michelle and Miss. Alejandra were prompt, professional and pleasant! The process was super quick and the payment plan pricing is reasonable. I always recommend SunLoan when someone us needing funds or trying to build up their credit.

Always receiving ads from sun loan. My son went in to apply for a loan. Not once was my son asked if he didn’t get approved for the amount he was requesting that he may get a lower amount. Nor was my son told that a hard credit pull is what they do here. So my son could decide weather he wanted to do it or not Alejandra Cuellar contradicted herself by stating that (after the fact) we do hard pulls but it will go up if he gets approved. If she knew her job well and could foresee what she was already putting in the computer she wouldn’t have pulled his credit! Not once did she say or advise him that maybe they couldn’t help him! She was unprofessional and needs better people skills It’s no wonder they have signs that they are hiring!! Won’t ever come here!! Definitely go to Central Finance!! Lovely people there!! And they do Help!!!
