DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! MY WIFE, A LOYAL CUSTOMER GOT A LOANFROM THEM AND THESE CROOKS WILL GO INTO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHDRAW PAYMENTS WITHOUT YOU KNOWING. FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE LOAN IS DUE ON THE 10TH THEY'LL WITHDRAW MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE 2ND WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT.....AND FOR THAT REASON WE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT and they lost a loyal customer STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE! I paid my son’s loan payment ONCE with my credit card and they were SUPPOSE TO DELETE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, well the manager lied to me and DID NOT DELETE my bank card information. When they could not reach my son to make his next payment, they WITHDREW MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO MAKE MY sons ACCOUNT LOOK POSITIVE FOR THEIR AUDITOR. Nevertheless, that put my account into the negative status. When my son called them about the matter the manager was rude to him. In conclusion, I had to wait a whole weekend before my account was reestablished. So my advise is to NEVER GET A LOAN FROM THIS PLACE!!

Went to stepstone loan... saw 5 people sitting at a desk... but I have to do everything online... why do u have 5 people in the building...
