I called at 5pm to inquire about a payday loan. I was asked for all my information then spent more time on hold than actually speaking with someone. Finally get off hold and I'm told I will be called to see if I've been approved. At 6:08pm, I still don't receive a response so I call back and I'm placed on hold again for about 5 to 6 minutes only to let me know I wasn't approved. I wish I had a better experience like these other lovely people did but sadly I felt like I had my time wasted.
