I went in to apply for a loan and wasn't sure what to expect. As soon as I walked I was greeted with a smile. The lady that helped me was Carmen. She was so helpful and took the time to explain the process. Carmen is great asset to Western Finance. Thank you Carmen!! PS. I was reading the reviews and that lady Jessica is so wrong!

The application process over the phone took about 20 minutes . The overall communication from the staff that took my app to the final call from Carmen was vague and lacked effective direct communication . There was no professional interaction on what to expect and the process. Had I did not my research prior to applying I would've been lost and confused during this interview.
