Nora was extremely rude to me when asking a question about my account she became EXTREMELY hostile with me and said “I am not going to argue with you so you can talk to someone else” then got off the phone. This account with her was unprofessional by all accounts. I will never recommend anyone to open a loan with her! Tanya was able to answer all my questions and help me with my account I’m definitely thankful she helped.

Went in to get a loan, was asked for landlord's phone number, my boss' phone number, and 3 family member's information, as well as 4 friends, and they started to call each and every single person listed. If you're at all embarrassed about having to get a payday loan, and don't mind your entire family, and friends knowing you're having financial troubles, they're very nice people. However, if you believe in discretion at all, seek help elsewhere.

They just told me I just needed my driver's license and nothing else. I go to the office they wanted so much more I had already got the first loan out and paid it off and the second time they want everything!
