They have a help desk immediately inside main doors so no guessing where you need to go for help. I opened a checking account which has no fees at all and comes with a debit card that you receive on site no waiting for it in the mail. Associates were extremely polite and helpful to assure my needs were met. Obviously I would recommend this banking institution to any and all without hesitation. They also have multiple entrances as well as multiple drive up teller stalls.

Staff is always kind but deposits take forever to clear & are almost never available same day at 8 pm as on as you deposit before 3 pm like they claim.

Rude staff. Charges fees for nothing

I don’t understand why the staff is rude to me. I always have a smile on my face, I’m very friendly. I always have to wait even when there isn’t anyone in line. I’m never greeted and I get the feeling I’m interrupting them. ??? I have witnessed the staff being very friendly to other customers. I realize I’m new to this area, but so is my friend. He said the staff is friendly to him. ??? I’m very confused. You would think the employees would be welcoming to new customers. After all, new customers is what will keep the bank operating and help keep their jobs. Be a few s weeks since I wrote this review. Thinking about changing banks.
