This was the 1st time I used them and never again will I. When I got down to my last payment they had the nerve to call me constantly saying I was behind on the last payment when my payment date hadn't even arrived. Then the excuse was my last payment wasn't a full payment but it was due before my scheduled payment date. I explain since that wasn't what I was told initially that the last payment needed to be taken on my last payment date. Grant you I was told that my last payment was less then my scheduled payments had been but why when I checked my account they took the full payment. All this in the Sulphur Springs office.

Always treat us with respect great service the only thing I don't like is we can't barrow barrow more money without direct deposit we make enough money to get more just can't without the direct deposit my husband's job don't offer that option

Freddy fast cash was able to take a chance on me. They have GREAT customer service and experience

Careful if you are behind a payment because they will harass you until they receive the payment and once you make it, they'll double charge your account.
