The ladies of western finance are literally the best, I’ve been having Sharon help me for awhile now and she is always very nice and helpful… anytime I need to be worked with they are more than willing to do what they can, I genuinely hate reviews and making them, but these ladies up here deserve a huge shoutout for all they do! Bought an item and after got home realized not right one. Returned the unopened item two days later. Next day Went back to exchange item and still not correct but newer so decide to exchange. Found out payments will be higher so want to cancel but told if cancel will be considered a repossession and will be on my credit. I Returned item myself and never opened and was 2 days later. I was made to feel stupid and threatened. Will never refer anyone to them again.
