During the process I find that with minutes of talking to Mike Stankovich, he and his team were very knowledgeable compared to other companies I talked too. This being my first time working with TFC they put me at ease and with in a short time closing the the loan. Texas Farm Credit is a like a breath of fresh air for today's corporate world. The people there are so easy to talk to and are very knowledgeable in their field. You can tell they will do anything to make a buyers dream come true, and if they can't do it, they will forward you on to someone who hopefully can. Even though it says "farm credit" in their name, you do not have to be a farmer. LOL - They lend money for land and ranch purchases, as well as can do home loans like any other bank at the same or better rates! I love Texas Farm Credit. I love that they are a faith based company, letting those morals guide their business decisions. Give them a call, I highly doubt you'll be disappointed.
