Tower Loan, Tyler, TX

Not happy with this company. I bought a recliner from Ivan Smith furniture store in Lufkin Tx. They used Tower Loans for the Financing. I have a score over 800 and I feel this company is a special finance company. I did get an 12 month interest free loan, however they keep sending me loan offers with high interest rates. I talked to a female company employee and requested them to send me a monthly bill, which I have never received. If you decide to use thier convienience payment system, they charge you $3.75 to make a payment. I send them a check monthly to avoid this fee. They will not show my payment history, unless you enroll in thier payment system. I feel they are trying to punish me for not using thier payment system. I would like to see my payment history.

Bought furniture at a location. They used tower loan for finance. Did all the paperwork at furniture location showed proof of id. They said approved tower loan did hard inquiries on credit services. Then they call me today and want to confirm information. Address. Ss# and they need 2 more personal references just in case they can't get a hold of me..I have never had this much hassle and they thought it was a joke when I started questioning these inquiries..Will not ever do business with this company again..kind of felt like a criminal being questioned a second time..

I was skeptical about these type of loans but the staff was very helpful and reassuring. Especially the manager Ms.Brianna who went out of her way to explain every step of the process . She was awesome to deal with and was able to get me more than i hoped for. My experience was exceptional and i have recommended this company to friends and family.
