Also when I got laid off. They had insurance that would cover my payments until I find another job. Thanks again I'm loyal to the ones that help me.♥

Watch out for these guys, they will pre approve you, and then ask for an outrageous amount of collateral, say over the amount of the loan. And this is even after they do a hard inquiry, they will nickel and dime you. And when they can’t see the debt you have to confirm even after you mention you have statements showing they exist they won’t believe and won’t let show them and neither will they go the distance to find out. They don’t want you money but they will mess with your credit score for FREE! I do not and will not ever recommend these guys, it’s best to stick with real banks, or real credit unions.

I visited the Waxahachie, Texas Office and talked to the office staff and loan consultant in the office. They were friendly, quick and very efficient to say the least. I have never had service like this before. They are a great company and have a great staff. I would recommend them to anyone needing financial help or planning. Thanks One Main Financial.

The customer service of this company is by far the absolute worst I have dealt with, just about bar none. They messed up on my payment date and then instead of them fixing it like I was told, then I had to do it, after they claimed I was late each month, which I was NOT, they just didn't input my pay date correctly. THEN I called to ask why the website is still showing that I am behind and haven't even paid for this month and Victoria's response was, let me give you the number for the website to call them. I said, excuse me? Why don't you call your website people and let them know that the YOUR customers are having issues with the website, I don't have time to call a website company to do all that, and Victoria's response? Well you have time to call me right now! My response???? I said WOW, good bye. And now I'm leaving all this information on every possible website and social media I can. When I pay them off, I will NEVER work with them again, NOT EVER and I hope you don't either!!

Somehow this place tried to give me a loan under my dad's social even though I didn't give them his social because I DON'T EVEN KNOW IT. Then they proceeded to accuse me of trying to get the loan with his information. Very unprofessional.
