Elevate has been very consistent in my life for my loan and money/account needs. Whether Garland, Brigham or Logan. Each branch makes sure to fulfill your needs. The tellers, loan officers, and branch managers have been very friendly and on point with my every day needs. They are fair and respectful! Thanks guys!

Elevate is a very easy bank to use! My accounts were easy to set up, and are easy to access. We have used Elevate for many loans and they are great to work with. Staff is very personable and knowledgeable when working with them. Customer service over the phone is the best out of any bank I’ve used! I would highly recommend Elevate for your banking needs!

We have been with Elevate Credit Union (formerly Box Elder County Credit Union) for six years. Their entire staff is friendly and helpful. We kept our accounts with them despite relocating to Missouri and continue any current loans with ECU. We have done a variety of loans with them past, recent and current and use Katie Toone. She is fantastic! She is quick, thorough, and ensures we get the best rates possible! She is amazing to work with and keeps an open line of communication through the process! Highly recommend them!

Love this bank! I Have had an account and all of my loans from them since I was 16! They are amazing to work with and bend over backwards to make life easier for me!
