I have never had a better experience with a bank like I have with Mountain America. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help if there's an issue. When you walk in your greeted immediately by usually several people making you feel welcome. Thank you Mountain America for everything you've done for my husband and myself!!

Awesome Branch. Customer Service is Awesome too. They really go out of there way in guiding you into good credit or make better. I highly recommend Mountain America to my Family & Friends.

Went in today and was treated very poorly from inside teller. Customer service needs to be improved. Also when someone is the only physical customer in the bank, maybe acknowledge their existence.

This place blows any credit union out of the water when it comes to customer service & services. Everyone I’ve ever worked with seems to bend over backwards to make sure you leave happy & on a good note. Highly recommend this place.

This branch is awesome! It’s big and modern and just an overall good environment. I’ve never had to wait super long here. The tellers are always friendly and helpful and do everything they can to answer my questions. Came back to figure a few things out and ended up working with Thomas who was awesome! He was very honest and friendly and made me feel like he really cared about helping me!

We stopped in to refinance our vehicle and the service was super quick! Braden was so friendly and helped us find a way to make the loan work for us.

I really like the online app. Their mobile deposit instantly puts my money in my account. Their customer serviced had always been really good for me. I would recommend them to anyone!
