Every time I call for info regarding loans, I hear different responses about what's needed. Been here 3 times o lyrics to be told something else. Applied for a loan, and my bank doesn't work. Then it does, then doesn't again. Then I'm told an offer letter will work. Then at least 1 paycheck, then 90 days employment. Not going through them anymore

MELISSA Did an outstanding job, we had a hard time having the card accepted and I called on the spot my bank and there was nothing wrong with the card, she reset the VeriFone machine and finally were able to send that transaction. Outstanding Service, very attentive to detail, an answer your excellent job!!!

The workers are nice and they get you in and out.. don't borrow unless you really need to their rates will have you paying back 2 times plus from what you borrowed..

spoke with a rep this morning named Jessica and she had no customer service. answered the phone by saying, “how can I help you” and didn’t introduce herself. I had to ask for her name and before I even said bye she hung up on me. please train your people!!!
