They were quick to respond, and were very helpful in getting me set up for a loan. Nothing felt out of place or wrong, and my agent, Nancy, was quite personable and capable. All in all, if you're looking for your first loan (or trying to rebuild your credit like I am), this place does right by you.

Nancy and Johnny were so easy to work with. They were very informative and Nancy made They whole process so fluid. She made sure I knew and understood everything. Definitely a good company to go to.

Absolutely worst company I’ve ever work with. Tried to get a loan through them and the process took more then 3 hours on the phone and still wasn’t solved they didn’t update me when I needed to take action and the employees were rude and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Don’t try to work with this company. Absolutely biggest waste of time

I just was on with one of their representatives. I expressed my concerns to the representative of the application. After your pre-approved, they ask you for collateral on your cars. I can't remember a company that asks you for collateral on your cars and you have to give them your VIN number. Unless it's a fly by night operation. When I brought up some of these questions and asked why I couldn't share my taxes through email. The representative said that why didn't I go with some other company then use his company. All Benjamin had to do with simply end the call and save the his high five thoughts with the office. When they get you on the phone they start out nice and then they get aggressive when you start asking questions.
