Mountain America Credit Union (Inside Lin's Market), Price, UT

I am impressed with Malea Sweet. My husband and I came to this location in desperation because we were struggling to catch up financially. We were stressed, worried, and frustrated. She took us to her desk with a smile on her face,, she was patient, compassionate, and very helpful as I rambled on about our situation. She provided great options explained them thoroughly. I was blown away, I left there feeling like we just had a great therapy session, just because of how well she listened and understood us. She seemed to actually care about us like a close friend would! Give her the recognition she deserves. So thankful and am proud to be a member of mountain america credit union after knowing they hire great people like her. Thanks for caring Malea!

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this branch is, my family got into a horrible situation with a dealer ship, long story short deal fell through they sold our only vehicle. so I called mountain America to see if by chance I could get a loan for a vehicle, very slim chances because of credit, by all odds I got the best, upmost honest, trusting, helping agent Loretta R, shes absolutely amazing, and a blessing to have as an agent there, she did everything possible and she explained everything in complete detail, no hoops or anything, she definitely deserves more then 5 stars, without a doubt, our best decision as a bank!! And always ask for Loretta! She will never steer you in the wrong direction, I truly hope her manager will give her the best compliment and an outstanding job!

Being inherently lazy, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to open a lot of doors and walk too far to reach a CSR (Customer Service Representative.)

3 stars not for quality of the institution, but for the need to expand the branch again. I love MACU, but the Price Branch has outgrown this location. Service is wonderful. The wait during busy times is not. Two teller windows is not enough. Often the account and banking advisors are taking teller transactions at their desks in order to keep everything moving. The staff all pitches in and works as a team, but I think the MACU home office should know that their employees and their patrons are ready for a larger branch. There is a nice bank building for sale around 600 E and Main. It's large enough to become the new Eastern Utah headquarters for MACUs expansion into rural Utah, Colorado and Arizona. ::D

Absolutely the best Credit Union I’ve ever belong to, except really nice people, exceptionally Great Service, I highly recommend Mountain America Credit Union.
