My husband and I got a loan for a vehicle through them. They were easy to work with and always kind a personable. Loans can be a stressful thing at times but they never made it difficult or stressful. Loved the staff!

I bought a car from a man named David who worked with Red Rock Financial. He said "He hoped it would be a good car for me." And as I was driving off in my car, it would not start. David knew exactly what was wrong. He tightened one the knobs on the car battery. One day after I brought it, the car made a shudder on the highway. The service engine light went on, now able to communicate with the engine. The absolute cherry on the cake after a couple of weeks of my mechanic trying to find the transmission leak. I took the car to a transmission specialist and they told me the Torque Converter was failing which optimistically will cost 3,400 dollars which is more than the car is worth. I will be selling the car at a loss and I already am struggling for cash. This car didn't last me a month. This company is not trustworthy. One of their employees is intentionally taking advantage of people.

I had a really great experience at Red Rock Financial. They approved me for a Auto Loan which I thought would be impossible. Going through a divorce is never good on your credit. They got me an awesome interest rate!! During the signing of the paperwork everything was explained to me in detail, and they stayed late to accommodate my hectic daily schedule. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends or anyone just looking for honest people that just want to help you out. Thank you Red Rock Financial!!!

Dave is a very dishonest person. My sister bought a car from him that he had his buddies(didn't know this until later. Apparently they all played football together in high school) check out and tell us everything's great, the cars great, and we're getting an amazing deal. Sign all the papers and try and start it and it won't start. Dave comes out lifts the hood, plugs something back in and it starts. Take the car to work for the first time and it starts shuddering on the freeway. Take it to a different mechanic and find out there's something wrong with the transmission and it's going to cost more than the cars worth to fix. We've called him trying to figure out a solution to him selling us a car he knew had problems and getting others to lie for him, he is unrepentant. He knows what he did and is totally fine with it. If this business is okay having someone like that employed at their company I would not trust them. Response to owner I am not disputing that it was a repossessed car. It was and we definitely knew that at the time. That is not why I find fault with your company. I find fault and left my poor review because your employee blatantly lied and had his mechanic friends lie for him to sell the car. We would not have purchased the car with out the incredible endorsement from the mechanics that "inspected" it for him. Your all very cunning and we have definitely learned a lesson when it comes to trusting those who are in business just to make a buck. Everyone should be weary of this company.

I have dealt with Red Rock a couple of times. They are always great to work with. They make the process fast and easy. Payments can be made over the phone, on the web, or simply by texting. Everyone in the office is so pleasant to work with. If you’re in need of a loan you should definitely give them a try. My sister, and mom both use them also.

I love RedRock and the staff. Diana and Dave are so kind and helpful. We love working with them both on our van and truck and will work with them again!! I love how Diana is quick to know you over the phone and remembers every conversation. She was so very kind to understand and have such caring words when my 14 yr old service dog passed. I felt understood and validated. Dave has always been available and willing to talk anytime I have needed questions answered. He has made scheduling accommodations for us and has been amazing to work with. They will for sure have us as customers on each purchase. If you need a hand I would suggest giving Dave and Diana a call !!!

I was in a significant bind and am so relieved I found this place. Their financing options are reasonable and it is nice to have a local office of people available to speak with versus these online agencies that you generally have trouble contacting should you need assistance or have questions. Dave made the process simple, understood my circumstances and put me at ease. I will definitely be using them in the future to refinance and consolidate my debt.
