I’ve always had an amazing experience at this particular location. DeeDee and her staff are well trained, very knowledgeable, and professional. The services they offer are worthwhile and have gotten me out a pinch more than once. I’ve never once felt as though they were looking down on me as a borrower which I have felt at other lending institutions. They will do everything possible to help you and your family.

DeeDee at the Jordan Landing store is absolutely AMAZING!!! She listens to everything I say and she always has great suggestions and solutions to help me best suit my needs. She is genuine, kind, knowledgeable, and always gives 110%. She is the reason I love going to this store, Check City just wouldn’t be the same without her. She, and this store, have my 10/10 recommendation.

Silvia was amazing in explaining the terms of my loan and she was pleasant and answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. If you guys in the area ask for Silvia she is truly excellent in what she does.
