Dollar Loan Center has a much better short-term loan rate than many companies. Payments are easy and they have multiple options for both funding and payments. I really appreciate the friendly service and helpfulness from the staff. Autumn was really helpful in renewing my loan.

I had a great experience at this location. The only reason it’s a four star and not a five star rating is that compared to other loan companies, the application process is a bit slower. I have no complaints about my service, Rian was very helpful and friendly. She was very personable.

Rian was my teller. A young lady who's customer service come spontaneous and natural. A thorough but lengthy process. We all want things done quick. But, I think this company prioritizes protecting their assets as well as the client's reputation. For that, I would give them ten stars.

Even though I didn't get approved, the only reason I'm giving it a 5 star was because the Manager who I believe her name was Valeria, was great she was nice and overall I liked her professionalism. they definitely need more people like her. her entire staff was friendly as well.

I had a great experience at the Dollar Loan Center. I worked with Kaylee and she was fast, attentive, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what I was signing on to. If I ever need a loan again, I will go back to that center just because of her. Smart woman, great service.
