I would give them a 0 star review if I could. What I was told was going to be a three year loan, was actually a four year loan. They harass you every month after you make your payment to get you to refinance. The interest rate, that I wasn't aware in it's entirety is robbery in itself. You pay more in interest almost than you do for the price of the car. Stay away from them, please don't deal with these people.

I wish I could give a no star review This company should be cited for robbery , I purchased a vehicle 3 years ago last year I refinanced to get a 1,000 to help with home repairs I was told the length of the loan wouldn't increase but the amount would go up 50.00 a month, so I agreed only to find out last month that they not only went up on my payments but they redid the entire loan and made it 6 months longer so I would have paid approx 30,000 for a 10,000 vehicle this is insane and their practices should be illegal. Don't use this company unless you have no other option and Never Never refinance unless it's an absolute necessary you'll regret it for life.

Called in for help and the lady on phone was beyond rude and hang up on me. I have never been talk to like that the way she did she kept shouting at me over the phone that she could not hear me. I kept repeating myself and more loud so she can hear me but she got more nastier with me. I am still in sock with what just happened

Gale is the best!!! She’s so pleasant and most definitely gets the job done right the first time!! She did everything in her power to make sure I had the best ! I didn’t have to do anything, she called around to make sure everything was perfect for me!! I most definitely would recommend them to everyone!

They claim they don’t look at you as a number but they do! Don’t fall for that line! I just wanted to get out from under a horrible furniture loan and they only looked at my score to say no! Maybe you should look at all of the scores instead of accepting 1 of 3! And the guy wasn’t nice either!
