Was in a bad accident in 10/21 and im still recovering from the accident and instead of one main working with me they sent it to a collection agency that is charging outlandish interest and insane lawyer fees not only are they trying to garnish my wages(good luck no work due to injury)and garnish my bank account(Good luck again I get paid in cash)

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from One Main Finanical! Jerry Was helpful and though telling me what I needed to know. I didn’t understand the insurance loads for me! Overall I would recommend them!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The loan process was easy and smooth - I consolidated all my bills into one payment and saved hundreds a month. The loan officer and Branch Manager were very kind and walked me through each step ensuring I understood the process thoroughly.
