I called this particular office to see about getting a car loan, because the place i wanted to get a car this is the place they use. The woman that answered the phone really didn't sound interested in talking let alone doing my app over the phone. She asked me a couple questions then said we can't approve you. I was like ummm I didn't even know we was at that part of the application. She didn't read any disclosers about credit, didn't ask if I had a co borrower, if I had a down payment nothing i was really confused in my head. i just hung up. I called the virginia beach blvd office to ask about standard practice when doing applications, and telling her about my experience with the lady on the phone. She apologized but i am still upset because had she asked some more questions then we probably could have gotten things a little bit more clearer. I just wrecked my car about 6 weeks ago and i have been having issues getting that company to update there records to so it was a total loss and i don't have the vehicle. It messes with my debt to income ratio of course but any who.. Don't waste your time on this company because they are not wort the effort especially to take a credit pull of a half a** job... I will be disputing it that first office very unprofressional!!!!

Jeremy the Manger is great; the representatives not so much. I have been dealing with Michelle the whole term of my Loan. She was unpleasant, and rude. I moved to another state with a 2 hour time difference. Michelle would call me at 6 AM my time, and when I asked her to not call me before 8 my time she got really snippy with me and continued to call me at early hours. I stop answering their phones calls due to not wanting to speak with her. Today I returned their phone call, (I had sent in a check to pay off my remaining balance) and I spoke with Mandy who was also unpleasant. She kept interrupting me and would not let me speak. She obviously did not care for the phone call or care about her job. I will never apply with Ledmark again due to the unprofessional representatives.

High interest rates but very helpful in repairing my credit. And now that my vehicle is in a mechanics shop that didn't pay his rent; lendmark won't even make a phone call to try to retrieve my property though they own the technically cause I'm still paying on it! Don't bother using them for a loan.

I call to see about what I can do about my payment due to not having a job and when I explained what was going on the lady on the phone laughed. I mean that’s very unprofessional and rude so I hung up. You’ll get your money when I have it at this point.
