It was a pleasure working with Erica Davis. Good communications and she made the process easy; no pressure and she kept me informed on my options through every step of the process. She told me it would take 30 minutes to get me in and out of the office once the paperwork was ready, and she did her best to keep her promise. The entire process is so much simpler now and I was able to call her with multiple changes before the closing.

The representative (Erica) was very helpful, friendly and personable. It was my first time getting a personal loan and she explained everything thoroughly to help me understand how exactly it worked. I received the funds the following day.

Was in need of an emergency funds for personal reasons. Apply for a new loan with one main. Stated I was approved. Sent them all my documents and was told that I would be getting this amount. Spoke to one lady who told me I was approve she just had to speak to her manager to determine how much. Waited all day and they never called me back. Called again the manager was in a "meeting". Called one last time only for them to tell me actually I wouldn't be approved because there is not enough value in my car and they couldn't approve me for not a single cent. And to try again in a couple of months Even though when I went on the website it said congratulations your approved not preapproved but approved. I wish I could win a lump sum of money so I can just pay this loan off and never have to deal with these folks again. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!
