My experience was horrific. In the beginning, the representative was very helpful. One minute I was not approved & I accepted that but then received a call back that I was approved after submitting all the requested documentation, including providing collateral. Even though she was not going to be in on Monday, a time and date was set for Monday for me to come in and sign my documents. I called prior to coming in on Monday and spoke with the manager who was condescending and pretty much wanted me to come in the following day, in which I could not. He returned my call asking for the same documentation and then called back later saying their computers were down which did not sound truthful & provided other excuses for me not to arrive. The following day, I called to come in and spoke with the same representative who assisted me. Once again, I was informed that I was not approved and she calculated my information incorrectly. If you have been in the business long enough to know how to calculate figures, how can you make a mistake like this and have a potential customer hanging on a string? I do not believe this company have your best interest at heart and would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Alaina was great assisting me in the office with my loan.

The Branch MANAGE, James Worthington is very rude and lacks customer service! I will be calling the regional office on him.
