Not the best, unprofessional, yelled at when I raised issue about a bad appraisal. I was stuck with them at least through construction closing... Months later, when I informed them I was going with a local bank for the permanent mortgage, this was the email response I received: "My son forwarded your email to us. We did the hard part and got your home built with our best product. And low downpayment..  Not allowing us to quote a rate or do the perm loan is truly disappointing and not deserved. We truly wished you would got your construction loan with this local lender. Our team worked hard on your file. We will withdraw your file today. You and your lender will need to contact our construction department and please do not contact our sales team going forward we can not assist you or lender  since you are not doing the loan with us.

Chris Kearney, Senior Loan Officer and Brittany Cook, Loan Processor are some of the greatest people I have worked with. They work extremely diligently and take pride in their work. There were countless times through the home buying process where they went out of their ways to ensure I purchased my home. They’re always available to answer questions. I felt like someone had my back the entire process. If I had to buy every future house through them, I would consider it a blessing.
