We'll start by saying that I submitted a request through their website for a loan. A few minutes after sending the request through I receive an email saying that they are trying to get a hold of me. I immediately call them. I get told that they have not received the request and I will receive a phone call once they received the request which usually takes about 30 minutes. 3 hours later I call them back. It seems that I was bothering the young lady that answer the phone. After 45 minutes of going through everything that I have already put in the request. I get told I will receive an email within an hour so I can submit some documents. 2 Days Later I call back to find out what is going on. I get told that my loan is not approved. This is very bad customer service.

Applied for a Loan on 12-2 and now it’s 12-7 and I’m told it’s “pending” still with the underwriter. I just want to know if I got approved or not.
