I went to this location to October 29th to apply for a loan. I really did not want to go into their office because I was in school. But since they insisted they needed me I missed my class just to find out that I needed a cosigner. They could have told me that over the phone. I wouldn't have missed my class! Some of these things need to be just told over the phone. Or if somebody is not able to do something they can be more accommodating. They called again today since I decided to give them another shot. Big mistake! They still want you to come in to their office. Due to this virus I am not leaving my home. They need to have an option where it can be done over the phone. Because I'm afraid if I go over there yet again they're going to say the same damn thing. They are not a good company. Don't use them. The Motto should be we waste your time!

Experience was great from start to finish. Only complaint is you cannot get a payoff without actually calling. They should allow a payoff online as well.

I applied online, I was approved pending verification of identity and employment, then when I called in to schedule my appointment I was met with a very rude woman who treated me poorly when I had questions about the information she was requesting from me. She didn’t tell me what the questions were for, she just started asking me very personal questions that were irrelevant to the loan I was applying for. It was only when I asked her why she was asking me for this information that she huffed and told me she needed to “verify” my identity. As we got further into the conversation, her attitude got worse. I started to get irritated because she sounded very inconvenienced by having to talk with me. Finally, she curtly stated I was denied and hung up. It was a very terrible experience.

I had a very good experience with Tara. The process was very easy and I couldn’t believe I didn’t even have to leave my chair everything was done online.
