I have been a landmark customer for about five years and never missed a payment and they gonna say I’ve got to my limit I can’t borrow well I’m gonna have to skip November payment

Never had anything negative to say about our local lendmark branch until recently! I tried to apply for a loan via phone done what the lady needed me to do. Waited on a call back, never never got one! Call back a couple days later left a message still no returned phone call! This is a poor way to do business. Especially to do return customers this way!

The staff is great. Always so welcoming & smiling & always willing to answer questions. They’re not rude when or if they have to call you. I appreciate them. Definitely recommend Lendmark Financial.
