Wow, once I'm paid off I will never deal with them again plain and simple. Gets an attitude because something wouldn't work for me,instead of looking for a solution

Loans are completely impossible to pay back. Highest intrest rates of any loan office. When you need help if you get behind on payment they wont help you or work with you to get caught up you have to pay your bill completely up. Before they will help. Every payment you make 90 percent goes to intrest 10 percent will go on your bill.dont fall for this debt trap loan. This should be illegal. Employees are friendly but you can never get this loan office paid back unless you file bankruptcy you have no options. Worst decision of my life.

My experience with this Branch was A++++. From start to finish. They are professional and courteous. I definitely will not hesitate to call on these sweet ladies if I ever need their services again. I would not even consider another company. Thanks again!!!!

When I need help paying off some credit card bills, they were there to help. The people are very courteous, friendly and very helpful. I've have dealt with them for 5 years, they go out of their way to help you. Would definitely recommend them.

I called for a loan. I was treated very rudely. She took my info and ran my credit score and had a question about every thing on my report. She had a rude tone and was lecturing me concerning my score. She made me feel worthless.I told her just nevermind and hung up. Even though I hung up she still ran my husbands credit to insure we took a hit. My husband and I recieved a preapproved letter in the mail from their company, and we planned on putting up collaradel for the loan so I don't understand. How unprofessional. Thanks to the wonderful people at Lendmark we recieved our loan quick and easy. Lendmark employees all have been so nice. I give one main of galax va, one star in appreciation for your upfront ugliness that showed me the true colors of your company. I am so very glad my loan is not with you.

We used the GALAX OFFICE, we did the quick info on line,were contacted on about 15 minutes, went in and dropped off paperwork needed, went back an hour later and we're out of the office in 30 minutes or less. Fast, friendly,easy terms, excellent customer service, this was our third loan which we have always paid off in less then half the time. Would recommend them.
