C&F Finance Co, Hampton, VA

I have a Car Loan through this company and I hate it! As soon as I get a chance to refinance I’m going. With GM financial they had excellent service no probably. My father had excellent credit and co-signed my last vehicle. My payments helped his score not mine. GM financial allowed me to pay every two weeks instead of one large payment, their grace period was awesome and they were willing to work with me. During a pandemic I haven’t heard anything from C and F but “NO we do not do that!” With every question the answer is no. Run away quickly if this place offers a loans. They are not into seeing you succeed they want to lock you in to this loan.

They need to get with the times. It's a digital age and its ridiculous to have to pay fees just to pay a bill. I'm forced to rely on someone else going in a branch to make a payment for me. I travel a lot and online payments should be free. Oh yeah my bank sent them the payment before I started asking people to take it in the branch....they certified the check it was delivered and held at the Richmond branch for over a week and i get hit with late fees.

Maria was really helpful with my dads account. Unfortunately he fell a little behind and Maria was empathetic to our family situation that was going on at the time. She is very professional and friendly. Thank you Maria!

Terrible rates, fees just to pay your payment, rude people. Avoid this bank at all costs. Threw a party the day I refinanced my car loan and never had to deal with this company again.

Everything these people are in the market for themselves they are not willing to help the customer extremely rude unprofessional and they make you pay fees to make a payment just horrible!

Definitely a great company. I fell on hard times and got off track with my car loan Mrs. Dale was so patient and helpful. She very nice and understanding to the hard time I was going through.Long as I was communicating with them they worked with me a my payments.I definitely recommend this company to anyone.
