I Spoke to someone name Jessica on the phone. The call instantly felt seedy. I had high expectations after receiving an offer letter in the mail. After I declined a secured loan. She told me I could go with some where else or a bank or something, they don't compete. Single handedly the worst Customer service experience I have ever had.
