I purchase a vehicle a few years back and at the time my experience was amazing. I was working with gentleman (I forgot his name) but he was a GEM.... Now there is one staff member who is rude, very rude. I called regarding a question for my loan and when I state she was rude. She love to over talk the customer and do not want to hear anything I am asking as a customer. If this is how you train your staff, you honestly need to do a better job.

Best loan place in hampton roads hands down service was fast pace and the way everything was explain was in a timely manner not long right to the point of services the communication was on point with questions and concerns I had definitely will be back

We all may fall on hard times and may need a little help. If you choose to come to this location do not work with Tara. She gives you false information and conflicted information than her colleagues. Seems as if she’s just running your application to meet her numbers for the day. I went in on a loan with my boyfriend and she’s gave us conflicted information TWICE! Learn from me and ask for another rep! VA Beach is more professional.

The two stars is yes they will get you a personal loan but the interest rate is ridiculous. It's like the more you pay the more you owe. Unless you're paying $200 extra on top of your monthly payment you never see the end. Smh. I would suggest do your research for other options. I regret that I didn't. .. You wanna help me? revise my loan terms with a lower interest rate so I'm not paying on this loan for another 2-3 years. I've already paid about $1000 in interest alone out of $257 only $130 gets applied to principal smh..
