Atlantic Union Bank, Lexington, VA

Was scammed $500 and provided proof of scam and filed a dispute. Fraud department obviously didnt read what had happened and denied it based on THEIR misunderstanding. I tried to reach out and get them to understand what had happened but they refused to help further or do ANYTHING about it. Definitely not where i want to keep my money if I cant count on them to protect my money and to hear their customers out. The ladies who are tellers there are great people and i appreciate them, but will never trust my money again with Atlantic Union Bank. Rest assured had it been their money who was scammed they would have done something about it! Just shows to prove no one cares about your money unless it can benefit them! Well never again Atlantic Union Bank bye bye to your high rates and useless fraud department employees!
