So far, I'm having a good experience with Lendmark. I purchased a cargo trailer and the dealer offered me 12 months, same as cash through Lendmark, so I figured why not. It was easy to arrange access to the website and make payments online. I called their customer service today to understand why the website doesn't show the payoff amount and there was no wait, and they answered my questions quickly and professionally, confirming that the loan information had indeed been entered into their systems correctly on the backend. Nice to have a branch close by to work with as well. Happy customer here.

DONT USE THESE AS*HOLES. I obtained a loan for a car. The car engine blew up due to a recall that I was unaware of after purchasing. We bought the car during covid and it had never gotten registered in our name (DMV closed). Shortly after buying it we started having engine trouble. Turned out it was a recall and Hyundai wouldn’t honor the recall bc of the milage. Car quits. Lendmark did nothing to help. Instead they take me to court, obtain a judgment (without ever notifying me) but told me I could keep making payments to AVOID this from happening. I found TODAY! 3 months LATER that they obtained a judgement. I WAS NEVER given notice of any judgements!! Who am I going to be SUEING!!?? Bad, bad business. And the office ladies are horrible people. Rude with a major attitude. And they DONT listen. Don’t believe anything they tell you.
