My experience was professional and pleasant. It was like family.

Good when you're in a bind. Interest rates are higher than a traditional financial institution, but so are their odds of approving you.

We recently acquired a personal loan. Pam at this location was very helpful and informative. The process was quick as long you have all your documents that are needed. We were approved and had our loan in hand within days.

I would recommend One main to everyone I know seeking a loan. Every one was very professional and ensured that I was comfortable.

And if they could get ‘0’ ⭐️’s they would. Legalized loan Sharking! That’s what this is! I’ve been with this company less than three years I will say two years would be pushing it but I know it’s been less than three. I borrowed 10 K for personal reasons. Upon initial contact, they were polite (reeling you in for the …). I managed to pay the loan well in the beginning. Then, I fell on hard times! My daughter was killed in a double homicide. Harassing calls started, and when I finally felt strong enough to answer the phone, the rudeness started. I explained the situation…but the phone calls still came even though I was saying, I’ll call on such and such date with a payment. One day that lady Janet called…Beware of a smiling face! That lady Janet, I reported her to corporate…I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING! Yet, the calls kept coming. Even when they said they wouldn’t…they did! She even called back. Then the trickery started…all kinds of numbers from different OMF offices across VA! Recently, I tried to call the office for 1 solid week to pay off..they message I got from all who answered was ‘Elvis is busy’ (he ended up being the one decent person in the office) and I asked for a return call, which I never got. When I tried to tell Elvis about this, he didn’t seem to want to recognize the lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE provided and during that time I was still being charged interest while trying to pay off my loan. When I persisted bringing this up and having him address, he brushed it off! After all this time, showing me again, lack of empathy AND customer service. Just like the rudeness of the staff there! BUYER BEWARE! Don’t let the smiling faces fool you…the devil is in the details! Don’t go EVEN if your desperate! They need to be put out of business via LACK of business! And then maybe the employees at that location will learn to appreciate the customers who are paying their salaries or hourly pay! Needless to say, I am PAID IN FULL! Good riddance OMF!👎 Thank you Jesus for this blessing - the removal of a bad entity! 🙏🏽🙌🏾🙏🏽
