Had a wonderful experience today. The staff really saw me as a person and not just a formula. In a time when so many people are struggling, empathy is greatly needed. Listening to me and hearing my story was more important than the financial help I was able to receive.

My husband and I felt that your service during our loan process was great. The young lady, Phyllis, who helped us with all paperwork (or should we say all e-signing work) was very knowledgeable and made the process fast and easy.
