Process took a while and the fact I had to leave and go find a bathroom was beyond crazy. Didn’t think that was good customer service at all. I understand we are still in the mix of Covid, but if you are accepting clients in office and sitting in the room with them , then you are taking a chance anyways you would think. I am pregnant and had to leave and find somewhere that would let me use the bathroom. Your number 1 concern should be making the experience super fast, friendly and making sure we was comfortable, especially since we are the paying clients.

The loan officer was very nice, but I will not be using this company again. The interest rate is outrageous. I am planning on paying this loan off early and that's the only reason I went through with it. I was not made aware of the interest rate on the phone and I was shocked when I saw it on the closing documents.

This is the worst scam in the scamming world. I have had the loan for one month and have already paid 1/4 of it and the interest has been 200$. In one month 200.00. if I was paying the regular payments I would never get rid of this loan. This should be illegal

“Worse place ever to deal with” , took someone else payment out my account and when I called to find out why I was given the run around and finally told “they didn’t take it “ after I sent them a bank statement and my bank verified they took it . I will NEVER deal with these ppl again (only reason I give them one star is because they won’t let you post without doing so)

We have been paying extra amount for the loan, and we ask them to put on the principal, but they have been putting it to the interest which is not exactly we wanted. It's a rip off bank.
