Stopped in this even & there was the most sweetest , wonderful lady working I believe her name is talyah , very sweet I’d come here everytime just to talk to her she’s so sweet & was by herself ! She works in a timely manner & is just the best ! Thank you !

Mrs. Ladon and l had a great interaction she was imediate and efficient in my care and we even helped each other out with useful information. She was absolutely awesome, you guys more her here.

Came in to cash a check from Merrill Lynch and I wish I remembered the ladies name but she was not very welcoming from the beginning but she let me know that she probably wouldn't be able to to cash my check and that she would have to call her manager to see. So she called the manager and I'm not sure what she was saying but she was giggling which I found to be very unprofessional. I understand rules but you never know what people are going through when you're dealing with the public. I had just lost my husband and was dealing with a lot and I felt so low when I left out, luckily I was able to cash my check at Bank of America for way less than what they would've charged me, so it was a blessing in disguise but I will never give this place any of my business!

I believe I’m spelling her name wrong but the associate Leyah is absolutely amazing. I was so taken back by how nice and professional she was. Her manners, her professionalism, her work ethic, her multi tasking and customer service skills are impeccable…. She so humble and down to earth is a plus as well and Ace needs to definitely pay attention and value her and promote within because just her character, her spirit and demeanor alone allows her to stand out from the rest !!!

Online said they did payday loans, but when I came to the store I found out they no longer do them. The women leah who is working the front is very nice, and had amazing customer service skills. It doesn't make up for the company lying though or the hit I had to take on my credit
